DUNCAN MACROBERT
After completing his auditing articles in South Africa, Duncan spent five years working in London in the financial services sector.
From 2002 Duncan has worked in various investment banking advisory roles in the Corporate Finance Divisions of Standard Bank, Cadiz & Richmond Capital. During this period, he has advised and consulted to various listed and unlisted clients on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, valuations, black economic empowerment, private equity investments, JSE-related matters and general corporate finance. In 2009 he established a corporate advisory and proprietary investment company called Richmond Capital.
Duncan has served as a non-executive director on a number of boards of directors and committee member on investment committees in South Africa.
He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Duncan is a registered Key Individual and Representative (Category 1) with the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
